Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
  • Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
  • Maintain discipline by the rules and disciplinary systems of the institution.
  • Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings, and whole-school training events.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for students.
