Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Vice Principal to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Vice Principal role, preferably within an American curriculum and/or IB (International Baccalaureate) setting. This position requires strong leadership skills, a profound understanding of educational methodologies, and a passion for fostering academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Principal to ensure effective school operations.
- Support and guide faculty to maintain high educational standards.
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation in alignment with IB and American educational standards.
- Facilitate a positive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
- Engage with parents, staff, and students to build a supportive school community.
