Job Summary

This is to lead the school, implementing the BEAM vision, mission and core values.

The post holder is responsible for ensuring the spirit of excellence, communication and implementation of effective learning and teaching methods, through ensuring high quality education and focusing on the accelerated development of the students.

Achieving academic excellence requires the Principal to work collaboratively with all members of the school staff and to communicate effectively with parents.

Inherently, the position has responsibilities for curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, extracurricular activities, and personnel management and facility operations.
