Job Summary

The person appointed will be responsible and accountable for the performance and standards found in learning and teaching, and the curriculum (education provision and processes) across the whole school, working with the VP (Students' Achievement) to deliver outstanding outcomes for students' and staff. 

Strategically lead, through other leaders, managers and teachers, the systems, process and strategies for ensuring our teachers and leaders continuously perform and achieve outstanding successes in their roles and responsibilities in providing an outstanding education for our students.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education RequiredMaster
Additional School Requirements
  • Minimum – MA / Med, PG + BEd from good institutes
  • Leadership Qualification (School District Leader Certification, School Building Leader Certification; NPQH, NPQSL)
  • At least 7 years must be in the role of a Vice Principal / Head of School with exposure to US Common Core State Standards
  • Excellence in stakeholder management with strong people management skills - parent engagement and staff management / wellbeing
  • Coaching and learning attitude (teachers, parents, community)
