Qualifications: Candidate must possess the proper certification from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) for Teaching with proper grade level endorsement and a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) License 1902 as a Librarian.

Special Qualifications:  Candidate shall possess a strong background in Reading and Math, preferred. Knowledge of Balanced Literacy, PBIS is preferred.

The Menominee Indian School District has a Computer Literacy/Media - Librarian position available at the Menominee Indian Middle School for the 2023-2024 school year

Responsibilities: Instruct, monitor, and adjust teaching activities to ensure student achievement. Develop curriculum. Plan and implement teaching strategies. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and co-workers. The successful candidate will provide tolerance, extend understanding, and nurturing to all students.

The district boasts of a friendly and family-oriented community depicting the North Woods atmosphere. No traffic and lots of lakes, camping, fishing, rafting, cross-country downhill skiing, golfing, hunting, boating, clean air, tall trees, clean waters, and many churches.
