Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a bachelor’s degree in a related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.

Desirable:

Master’s degree in Education
Leadership/Management
Administrative/Leadership certification
Preferably has at least 2 years of HOD experience

Minimum Experience:

6 years experience, including 4 consecutive years of teaching performance that exceeds standards and expectations as evidenced by Performance Appraisal

Job Description:

Aldar Education is currently seeking a Middle/High School Coordinator to join our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE. The current vacancy is based in ADNOC School, Ruwais for August 2024 start.

Responsibilities:

Be accountable for leading, managing, and developing student achievement and welfare.
Lead, support, and organize the team in fulfilling their responsibilities as teachers/homeroom teachers.
Ensure that your team actively contributes to the policies, aspirations, and development plans related to the school.
To ensure that data relating to students’ prior progress/attainment is used effectively.
Be responsible for self-evaluation and analysis of achievements and standards within the cycle.
Implement appropriate plans to impact the educational progress of students within the cycle.
Assess the performance and professional development needs of your team members, providing them with feedback, guidance, and support.
Contribute to overall school’s self-evaluation, planning, monitoring, and policy making.
Ensure the effective management of the budget, resources, equipment, and rooms of your department/cycle.
