Teach at Wahaha International School in China

Founded in March 2016, Wahaha International School (WIS) is a co-educational, private school catering to children in Kindergarten through Grade 8. We are located in the picturesque city of Hangzhou, China, bordered by the Qiantang River to the south and Yuhuang Mountains to the west. Our campus is also home to our sister school, Wahaha Bilingual School (WBS).

WIS boasts a state-of-the-art facilities where the opportunities for learning  abound. We believe in educating the whole child, focusing not only on academic success, but also on the development of essential life skills and traits, such as independence and leadership. Our dynamic environment and inquiry-based curriculum drive our students to take responsibility for their own learning and develop into self-directed, independent learners.

During their time at WIS, students will develop the solid academic, social and emotional foundations needed to succeed in secondary schools anywhere in the world, with the primary aim of attending prestigious boarding schools in United States. Our school maintains close ties with top boarding schools in the U.S. and Canada, as well international programs throughout China.
