Job Purpose：

The job purpose of MYP PHE teachers is to teach and guide students in Personal, Health, and Education (PHE) courses during the MYP stage, aiming to promote students' physical and mental health development, enhance self-awareness, improve life skills, and cultivate good moral qualities and social responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement PHE curriculum plans according to the IB MYP syllabus, ensuring teaching quality and progress;
2. Design and organise diverse teaching activities to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm;
3. Pay attention to students' personal development and provide personalised guidance and support;
4. Integrate interdisciplinary content to promote students' comprehensive development in PHE courses;
5. Maintain communication with parents and other teachers to focus on students' growth jointly;
6. Actively participate in various school activities, such as school professional development trainings, teacher seminars, parent meetings, admission activities etc.;
7. Continuously update teaching methods and concepts to enhance teaching quality and effectiveness.
8. Collaborate with colleagues within PHE Department and other departments.

9. Follow government and school policies and regulations.
