The school operated for 6 years as a franchise, during such time it was recognized for its high standards of quality and service. In 2013 the school became independent having a quick growth of market share and opening a second branch in a neighboring city. Hey Peppers is a new school, having a total of more than 1500 students in its seven locations (Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Santo Augusto, Cândido Godói, Cerro Largo, Santo Ângelo and Ijuí), with a nice and fund environment for associates and students, we operate based on Disney concepts of service and fidelity, with focus on quality and innovation. Professionals are expected to frequently find new solutions to old problems and are rewarded for innovative ideas.
