The Secondary Interventionist assists students with special education and social adjustment needs in classrooms and other settings. Moreover, the Secondary Interventionist design, execute and assess individualized programs based on various factors such as age, gender, and cultural background.
We are looking for an analytical, empathetic Interventionist to assist us with designing and implementing individualized programs for students with special educational and social adjustment needs. The Interventionist will consider factors such as language, sexual orientation, developmental level, religion, and health status when making recommendations. Also, create and maintain records of progress, and collaborate with parents to refer the students to psychologists and other therapists.
To ensure success you will make informed observations and assist with designing effective programs. Preferred applicants must be knowledgeable, compassionate, and have outstanding observation skills.
