Or:

Postgraduate qualification in education or other qualification equivalent to QF Emirates level 8 or above.
8 years’ educational experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role (e.g.: Head of Department, Head of Subject, Head of the specific grade level in education, etc.)

Job Purpose:

The core purpose of this role is to provide professional, highly effective leadership and management that will achieve outstanding results in all aspects of school life. The Executive Vice Principal will work across two schools (K-G4 and G5-G10) and work with the Principals and Vice Principals to promote an inspiring vision and clear direction that is shared by all members of the school community.

As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students.

The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors. As part of this new initiative we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, to raise the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This recently increased to 6 schools in August 2021, and again to 9 schools in August 2022.

In 2022, Taaleem was awarded its two first Middle Schools catering to students from Grade 5 to Grade 9, with additional Grades also added to one of Taaleem's most established elementary schools - Al Riyadh School - as its transition to K-12 school continues.

Taaleem currently has three growing Middle-High Charter Schools;

Al Ahad School (opened in 2022)
Al Azm School (opened in 2022)
Al Riyadh School (opened 2021)
