ILG School is an International Baccalaureate (IB) Continuum School. We are a non-profit, private international school offering high-quality, inquiry-based education in English to local and international children from more than 40 countries living in Pristina, Kosovo. We are authorized to provide the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), and the Diploma Programme (DP) of the IB.

ILG is proud to offer a modern, well-equipped campus, designed to inspire students. The spacious, light-filled classrooms feature the latest educational technology, and the school provides specialized spaces, including a science lab, a library, a dedicated design studio, and a music room - all aimed at fostering creativity and intellectual curiosity. Serving children from the age of one through Grade 12, ILG is accredited by both the Ministry of Education of Kosovo and Cognia. The school delivers the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP) to 200 students. Approximately 27% of the students and 49% of the teaching staff are from Kosovo, reflecting the school’s commitment to cultural diversity and inclusivity.

The full IB continuum of programmes fosters inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and a global perspective. From an early age, students are encouraged to explore subjects deeply, think independently, and engage in meaningful discussions. The curriculum offers a diverse selection of subjects, from traditional core subjects like mathematics, science, and language to specialized courses in the arts, humanities, personal and social education, and technology. ILG also prioritizes the development of responsible global citizens, offering courses on environmental awareness, global issues, and sustainable development.

ILG offers a broad range of academic, creative, and athletic opportunities through its after-school activities program. One notable highlight is the Model United Nations (MUN) program, in which students develop their leadership skills. Other extracurricular offerings include student government, workshops, and community service projects - each designed to help students become active, responsible members of both the school community and the world at large.

ILG is seeking certified teachers from diverse backgrounds, including couples with non-teaching partners, newly certified candidates, and international teaching interns. Candidates must hold an academic degree in the subject they will be teaching. In line with government regulations, certified teachers up to the age of 65 are eligible to obtain a work visa.
