Job Summary

Overall responsibility of ensuring smooth functioning of the Department and maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Coordinate with the Director to implement strategies approved by BEAM.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master
5
  • Bachelor's Degree with NPQM, NPQSL, NPQH or any other relevant management certification relevant to the position
  • At least 3 years of School Management/Administration experience 
  • Strong knowledge of issues related to quality education in development as well as international bodies and policy
  • Professional expertise in education (e.g. US Curriculum expertise, global education policy, child-centered methodology, curriculum design and implementation, school-improvement programs, teacher training, education in emergencies, early childhood education, adult education, safe school based strategies, play-based learning)
