We are seeking a Head of Preschool to lead our early childhood program.
This role involves curriculum oversight, staff management, and ensuring a safe learning space.
You will report to the school director and lead teams on both campuses.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver an age-appropriate curriculum
- Support and evaluate preschool staff
- Monitor student development and classroom engagement
- Build parent relationships and manage communication
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and care protocols
- Lead team planning and professional growth
- Maintain structured classroom routines and standards

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (Master’s preferred)
- At least 2 years of preschool teaching and leadership experience
- Knowledge of American early years curriculum
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- International or multicultural background is an advantage
