We are seeking a Head of Preschool to lead our early childhood program.
This role involves curriculum oversight, staff management, and ensuring a safe learning space.
You will report to the school director and lead teams on both campuses.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver an age-appropriate curriculum
  • Support and evaluate preschool staff
  • Monitor student development and classroom engagement
  • Build parent relationships and manage communication
  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and care protocols
  • Lead team planning and professional growth
  • Maintain structured classroom routines and standards

  • At least 2 years of preschool teaching and leadership experience
