Job Description

This position is for an Instructional Coach to work with staff in grades 7-12.  It includes coaching, mentoring, observing and designing a professional development plan for those teachers who are new or have experience difficulty in specific teaching areas. The Instructional Coach must keep a journal outlining all work done with staff and make recomendations to the Administration concerning staffing and professional development.

The Instructional Coach will work an administrative schedule meaning they remain at school a half an hour after teachers leave and work an additional 3 weeks in the summer.
