Familiar with Middle School and High School curricula specifically the scientific subjects

Job Description:

The successful candidate shall be:

An individual with a demonstrated educational background with an emphasis on best practices in instructional methodologies and assessments. Further, someone who firmly believes in the vision and the goals of the school. We are looking for an innovative and highly collaborative team player who has the capacity to help teachers maximize learning for students. The minimum criteria to be used in the selection of the Instructional Coach shall include:

Advanced Training (curriculum, instruction, and assessment)
Teaching Experience (including experience in an international school)
Ability to work effectively with groups (Human relations skills)
Skills in unit planning; organization, communication, assessment tasks, complex reasoning skills, evaluation, staff development
Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Knowledge (multiple levels MS/HS)
Oral and written fluency in English

Al-Bayan Bilingual (BBS) was established in 1977 with a vision to prepare students for the world of today and the challenges of tomorrow. The school offers a bilingual program in which the Arabic and English languages carry equal emphasis and status, the goal of which is to bridge global progress with the traditional values of Arab culture. It is a private, non-profit, coeducational, day school from Pre-K through High School.

BBS is a large school of 2400+ students operating four school divisions on its spacious and well-equipped campus in Kuwait.
