To be considered for this role, candidates must:

Be an effective and dynamic leader with a proven track record in school improvement that can be demonstrated through data.
Have a strong understanding of the DSIB inspection framework, American Common Core standards, and Play-based learning pedagogy.
Have experience in school inspections with evidence of impact during the process.
Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in Early Years education. Must have leadership experience. Master's degree preferred.
Be very active and have a strong presence throughout the school by demonstrating, modeling, modeling teaching & learning expectations and must be able to hold teachers accountable
Be rigorous in promoting excellence and developing a commitment to high standards of care and opportunities for all.
Be committed to working collaboratively with other professionals in a positive, family-oriented work environment

Job Description:

We are looking for an outstanding, innovative leader to join Bright Learners Private School in the position of KG Coordinator. This position is a full-time Kindergarten teacher position with additional leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will play a role in the Middle Leadership Team supporting the Head of Kindergarten. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with energy and commitment; who recognizes the potential of our students; has a visible leadership style and will work with our staff to further develop an inspirational learning environment for our whole school community.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the school’s Vision and Mission, Bright Learners’ Core Values, policies, and practices and will deputize for the Head of Kindergarten as required in shaping & implementing the educational strategy for the school.
