Position:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in supporting the Principal in the overall administration of the school and ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing educational programs in line with the US curriculum standards.
- Provide leadership in curriculum development, teacher training, and student assessment methods.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the faculty to promote continuous improvement in instructional practices.
- Oversee student discipline and welfare, ensuring a safe and nurturing school environment.
- Engage with parents and the community to build partnerships that enhance the educational experience.
