The EMPLOYER will cover the expenses of the Mexican work visa process, including the payment of taxes and governmental fees, as well as the payment of other fees incurred in carrying out the said process. 

Major medical insurance for the “EMPLOYEE”. The coverage is comprised of two plans: one which covers minor illnesses and one which covers major illnesses and accidents. Details of coverage are outlined in the insurance policy. 

 

Leading the technical team to analyze results, improve proposals, and/or elaborate the school's action plans while accomplishing the established goals.  Implementing and supervising the institutional politics and goals regarding results for the educational establishment.  Manage coordinators and teachers, and encourage them towards adequate goal orientation, making sure to preserve a good work environment in the school. Providing feedback to the personnel so the defined goals are met, both at competence and objective levels.

 Promoting positive attitudes in the students and the personnel towards themselves, others, the school, education, and the academic community.  Google Apps 2- Teaching4- Strategic planning Designing and monitoring the planning and execution of strategies included inside the projects. Manage the school’s academic processes.

SCHEDULE: Providing specialized academic support to the school's academic staff. Developing the school’s philosophy and goals per Rule 1,002 –Philosophy and academic goals. Provides activities that facilitate the school personnel’s professional growth and improve the quality of the institution’s plan.

Coordinating the teacher evaluation process.

Preparation and administration of the school’s decentralized budget. Managing projects regarding pedagogic innovation.  Assure the instructional strategies’ quality in the classroom. Supervising and conducting the accomplishment of the quality levels defined for the academic development and the school’s institutional goals. 

To organize human and material resources. Determining the organizational structure that effectively uses the personnel’s capacities and meets the students’ needs. Advising the Human Resources division about the suitability of the teachers and the supporting personnel’s placement. Coordinating the teacher evaluation process.
