ELA Teacher (Alberta, Canada Curriculum). Minimum of 4 years of experience working with adolescents. Must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree in education, preferably eligible for or potentially certifiable under Alberta standards.
1. Alberta Accredited School — teachers must be certified or hold a four-year bachelor’s degree in education to begin the certification process.
2. Housing support allowance.
3. Major Medical Insurance.
4. Minor Medical Insurance.
5. 85% tuition scholarship for children.
6. Assistance with the immigration process.
7. Competitive salary based on years of teaching experience, ranging from $60,000 MXN/month (~USD $3,330 before taxes).
8. Annual support for a round-trip flight: $19,000 MXN (~USD $1,055 before taxes).
9. Christmas bonus equivalent to 15 working days (pro-rated the first year from August to December).
10. Paid vacation periods (December and Easter Break).
11. Vacation premium payment.
12. Monthly grocery vouchers: $1,400 MXN (~USD $78).
