Strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.

Ability to work with teachers, administrators, and parents to help both teachers and learners gain a positive, productive school experience.
Ability to provide behavior management support for new teachers or those dealing with a challenging population of learners.

Dedication to the improvement of the teaching profession and ability to provide constructive criticism and helpful solutions to other teachers.
