- Licensed Teacher, Director/Principal, District/Regional Level Administrator, College/University Faculty
- Bachelor
- 2 years of teaching experience
All applicants must have the following:
- College/university degree
- English proficiency
- Leadership experience in elementary, middle or high school administration/management
- Experience managing a team of more than 50 teachers and staff of diverse backgrounds
- Experience managing parent, staff and student communications
- Ability to make high-level decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, fun-loving, and caring attitude towards children
- Productive, efficient, consistent, fair, firm, and helpful
- Professional, tactful and respectful
- Follows rules, and respects and influences administration’s policies
Not required, but desired:
- Advanced degree or equivalent work/experience
- Advanced computer/technological literacy, familiarity with Google Apps
- Familiarity with Common Core (U.S.) curriculum
- Experience teaching children in the U.S. or Canada
- Spanish proficiency
- Fluent English speaker
- Assistance with immigration (no need to arrive with a visa, we will help you with the process)

Deputy Head of School
We are an exclusive U.S.-Costa Rican private educational institution dedicated to providing a multicultural studies K-12 curriculum in Central America. We are seeking a professional and experienced, English-speaking Deputy Head of School for the Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 academic year.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30. am - 3:30 pm
- CR (national) and US (selected) Holidays are observed
