ES/MS/HS PE Teacher


  • Coach a minimum of 6 periods per week, in addition to other classes
  • Work with students from 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade to create a U/15 team to compete in our Beijing Area Sports Exchange League
  • Organize and run a try-out if needed to determine which students will participate in each individual sport
  • Provide an organized practice for the Athletes that best develops there individual and team skills during scheduled Middle School Athletics class times
  • You will spend after school hour times to compete in each sport coached. Road games include traveling and making sure everyone is safe and travel goes as planned
  • Continually update and stay in communication with Athletic Director to ensure everyone is on the same page and help promote the growth of the Athletic program

Qualifications and Requirements

Teaching Credential/License
  • Eligible or willing to pursue a valid teaching license/certificate
  • Near-native English Speaker
  • Experience coaching students preferred
  • Evidence of current relevant professional development preferred
  • Two years teaching experience is a must, but we will consider student teaching and summer teaching positions to add up to those two years of teaching
