Who we are:  

Beijing New Talent Academy (BNTA) is a private boarding school offering A-level and AP curriculums. It is a K-12 educational system which includes Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School, Senior High School (Cambridge Center and AP Center) and the Chinese Center. There are about 2300 students with ages ranging from 2 years to 18 years. Amongst our student body, around 100 are foreign nationals. BNTA’s total staff strength of 700 comprises teachers (50 being foreign), administrative staff and others in support functions.

Job description & requirements

· Experience of teaching toddlers (1.5–3 years) in an early childhood setting.

· At least 2 years experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to young learners preferred.

· Familiarity with inquiry-based, play-based, or child-centered teaching approaches.

· Strong ability to engage very young children with warmth, patience, and enthusiasm.

· Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.

· Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.

· Ability and willingness to collaborate effectively with local teachers and staff.

· Healthy, with a strong ability to manage the physical demands of working with toddlers.

· Open to different kinds of culture and family educational ideas.

· Has the flexibility to follow kindergarten rules and arrangement. Has the flexibility to occasionally work in weekend for open day activities or other activities.

· Cover the other classes’ ESL class when it is needed.
