Daily Responsibilities
· Working Hours:
o Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:50 (Lunch Break 12:00-14:00)
o Friday: 08:00 - 16:30 (Lunch Break 12:00-12:50)
o Teachers must be present in the office during breaks unless in class.
· Class Schedule:
o Class Duration: 30/35/40 minutes.
o Minimum of 22 classes per week; maximum of 25.
o If teaching fewer than 22 classes, additional tasks may be assigned.
Class Responsibilities
· Arrive at least 5 minutes early and maintain punctuality.
· Plan effective lessons with clear learning objectives for vocabulary, grammar, and core skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing).
· Prepare engaging and visually appealing PPTs and hands-on activities.
· Maintain classroom discipline and order, encouraging positive reinforcement.
· Foster creativity and critical thinking among students.
· Communicate with parents about student performance and any learning issues.
Weekly Responsibilities
· Prepare and share 6 PPTs per grade, summarizing weekly content by Friday at 16:00.
· Assign and grade weekend homework (10-20 minutes, depending on grade).
· Communicate with parents via DingTalk for updates and assessments.
· Attend weekly staff meetings every Friday at 15:30.
Monthly Responsibilities
· Submit monthly documents (lesson plans, homework, self-evaluations) by the 20th.
· Prepare monthly assessments and notify students at least one week in advance.
· Participate in peer observations and formal evaluations.
Other Responsibilities
· Administer mid-semester and final exams, maintaining a grade book for all assessments.
· Prepare holiday homework and an overall teaching plan for the next semester.
· Attend and participate in school events and training sessions.
· Maintain professional conduct and respectful communication with colleagues.
Classroom Discipline
· Address behavioral issues promptly, ensuring students remain in class.
· No physical punishment or removal of belongings from students.
· Report recurring issues to the foreign teacher supervisor or homeroom teachers for support.
Online Teaching Responsibilities
· Transition to online classes as required, maintaining professionalism and quality.
