Position Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and passionate kindergarten teachers for our IB kindergartens in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. The successful candidate will experience working with young children and have an excitement in seeing youngsters learn in a fun and friendly environment.
School Summary:
Founded in Hong Kong in the 1960s and opening our first kindergarten in China in 1998, Victoria is looking for teachers to join our team in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. All teachers will work alongside a local native teacher in the classroom to create an inquiry-based learning approach and bilingual learning environment. All campuses are accredited or candidate International Baccalaureate (IB) World Schools offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP). Our curriculum is developed based on the IB’s scope and sequence while emphasizing the local culture and the needs of local children. This is a role that requires professional teachers who have patience, understanding, and an intrinsic love of working with children. Our ongoing support through training will allow you to develop as a teacher within a professional environment.

Founded in 1965, Victoria (China) Education Group has been in operation for 56 years and is known for its continuous journey of research, exploration, and practice of advanced education methods. Our teachers come from all over the world, with approximately 30% of our teachers being foreign. All of our foreign staff are native English speakers with bachelor's degrees or above, and all hold a work permit issued by the Bureau of Foreign Affairs. 90% of our foreign teachers have more than two years' experience in education in China.
