Instituto Chapultepec is a leading all-boys school in Culiacán, Mexico, known for its strong academic culture, character formation, and a collaborative, high-performance faculty environment. We are currently expanding our English program and are looking to hire two native English-speaking teachers for the 2026–2027 school year.
We are seeking full-time English Teachers for Elementary, Middle, or High School. Candidates will join a dynamic academic team and contribute to strengthening our English program. This is a 10-month contract (August–June) with the possibility of renewal.
Key Responsibilities
• Teach English language classes according to the grade level assigned (Elementary, Middle, or High School).
• Plan engaging lessons aligned with academic objectives and student needs.
• Foster a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations.
• Collaborate with academic teams and participate in professional development sessions.
• Contribute to school culture and extracurricular learning when required.
Required Qualifications
• Native English speaker (mother tongue).
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, English Education, Linguistics, or related fields.
• Internationally recognized certifications (preferred): TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with children or adolescents.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
