Job Description

Instituto Chapultepec is a leading all-boys school in Culiacán, Mexico, known for its strong academic culture, character formation, and a collaborative, high-performance faculty environment. Inspired by a Catholic vision of the person and guided by a relational leadership model, our mission is to educate young men of integrity, service, and intellectual curiosity.

We are currently expanding our English program and are looking to hire two native English-speaking teachers for the 2026–2027 school year.

We are seeking full-time English Teachers for Elementary, Middle, or High School. Candidates will join a dynamic academic team and contribute to strengthening our English program. This is a 10-month contract (August–June) with the possibility of renewal.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English language classes according to the grade level assigned (Elementary, Middle, or High School).

Plan engaging lessons aligned with academic objectives and student needs.

Foster a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment.

Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations.

Collaborate with academic teams and participate in professional development sessions.

Contribute to school culture and extracurricular learning when required.

Required Qualifications

Native English speaker (mother tongue).

Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, English Education, Linguistics, or related fields.

Internationally recognized certifications (preferred): TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with children or adolescents.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
