Fluent English Speaker
At least 3 years experience working with young children (under 2 years)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational qualification
Exceptional relationship and communication skills
Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills
Team working, flexibility, and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role
Highly organized
Good problem-solving skills
Flexibility and creative thinking

Job Benefits:

Compensation Structure:

AED 10,000 – 12,500 monthly (tax-free) compensation (including base salary and housing allowance; defined by slotting based on duration and quality of experience)

Job Description:

Preschool Teacher (Experience with Under 2s) - Dubai

Masterminds, Dubai’s leading early learning center, is recruiting teachers who have experience working with young children below 2 years and are dynamic and open-minded to learning a new curriculum and pedagogy.

Core Responsibilities:

Planning daily activities in the classroom related to a weekly theme and the enrichment programs
Assisting with the preparation of, equipment and any other resources required for daily and weekly use
Assisting with learning activities that require pairs or small group organization
Documenting daily observations and progress of children’s ability
Supervising and accompanying pupils around the school to specialist lessons, facilities, medical center, and any other activity as required, ensuring child safety
Attending regular staff meetings
Supervising and supporting students in the event of an emergency
Assisting and supporting with after-school activities as required
Assisting in a designated classroom to support any school staff member's absence
Follow policies about the health and safety of students both on and off the school premises when pupils are under the school’s jurisdiction
Participate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate continuous commitment as a life-long learner
Maintain confidentiality about all school matters at all times
