Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior HR specialist to join our team and help us create a positive and supportive work environment for our students, faculty, and staff.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the recruitment process, and providing employee relations support.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the school's mission and values.
Manage the recruitment process for all positions, including faculty and staff.
Provide employee relations support, including conflict resolution, mediation, and grievance handling.
Develop and implement employee training programs.
Conduct performance reviews.
Manage compensation and benefits programs.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
