· Bachelor’s degree is required in a related field or recognized industry-regulated qualifications (e.g., Facilities Management, Engineering, or Health and Safety).
· Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in Operations and Facilities Management.
· Valid Certification/License in: CPR, First Aid, IOSH, OSHA, and NEBOSH.
· Excellent written and spoken English.

The Support Service Supervisor at the head office reports to Procurement & Operations Manager. He/she oversees all campus facilities, maintenance, and health and safety compliance across all schools, ensuring adherence to both local and international standards as well as government regulations. The role includes leading and mentoring Support Services Supervisors and ensuring consistent operational excellence across campuses. He/she will oversee maintenance planning, cost auditing, and supplier negotiations in alignment with Head Office policies.
