Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional administrative assistant or office administrator qualifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or school setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Islamic principles and values are highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional administrative support

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our esteemed Islamic school. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our school's day-to-day operations and administrative functions. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for education will contribute to the success of our institution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school administration, including the principal and other staff members.
- Manage the reception area, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries professionally and kindly.
- Maintain and update student records, including enrollment forms, attendance records, and academic transcripts.
- Assist in coordinating school events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring all necessary arrangements and materials are prepared.
- Prepare and distribute official correspondence, such as memos, letters, and emails, both internally and externally.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and always maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist in managing the school calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for the school administration.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support administrative needs, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the school administration.
