Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of gifted students.
Design and deliver challenging and enriching curriculum content aligned with state standards and best practices in gifted education.

Utilize a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
Provide individualized guidance and support to gifted students in their academic and personal development.

Stay current with research and trends in gifted education and incorporate innovative approaches into teaching practices.

BACKGROUND

Etqan Global Academy (EGA) is Canadian leadership led IB PYP accredited school, an IB MYP Candidate, and a CIS member school that offers an advanced education model in Doha, Qatar in addition to the Qatari Curriculum for the Arabic Language, Islamic, and Social Studies. As of the academic year 2025/2026, we provide schooling to Pre-KG to Grade 10 students, and we plan for natural growth up to grade 12 in successive years.
