Seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed secondary school IBDP History and IBMYP Humanities teacher with Homeroom Advisor responsibilities.
Must have a teaching degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education - general or in the subject area) and proven sustained experience in a related area in international schools with not less than 3 years’ experience. Good knowledge of the age-range, differentiation techniques, and fundamentals of pedagogy and child psychology, as well as the ability to effectively manage the learning and teaching process. Must possess a creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom. Capacity to support creative learning and to focus on developing 21st Century learning environments and innovation skills is essential. Experience of teaching EAL students is desirable, but not essential. Present excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills in order to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
