Our school is an open-minded, welcoming community, which identifies itself with the principles of the Roman Catholic Church but that welcomes people from other creeds. We are an accredited AdvancED school, and we intend to become an IB school as well. All these projects and initiatives will have a substantial positive impact on any teacher who might consider our school as a growing professional space.  On the other hand, Santa Marta is a city that preserves the charm of the coastal towns, surrounded by beautiful beaches and landscapes framed by the stateliness of the Sierra Nevada.

We are looking for teachers with robust leadership capacity, and strong planning and organization abilities, continuous learning, willingness to change and assertive communication. We will assign the teacher to two to three middle school classes, and teaching assignment can include homeroom teaching.
