Taaleem Charter Schools - Middle / High Schools

As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students.

The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors. As part of this new initiative we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, to raise the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This recently increased to 6 schools in August 2021, and again to 9 schools in August 2022.

In 2022, Taaleem was awarded its two first Middle Schools catering to students from Grade 5 to Grade 9, with additional Grades also added to one of Taaleem's most established elementary schools - Al Riyadh School - as its transition to K-12 school continues.

Taaleem currently has three growing Middle-High Charter Schools;

• Al Ahad School (opened in 2022)
• Al Azm School (opened in 2022)
• Al Riyadh School (opened 2021)

We are seeking outstanding, dedicated, and resilient Teachers and School Leaders who are committed to the long-term goals of this project. We would like to recruit individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students, who understand that change is a process, and who want to take an active role in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared goals.

Due to our rigorous approvals systems in the UAE please be aware of the requirements for teachers in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must hold a recognized teaching qualification, e.g. Bachelor’s of Education or relevant degree in the teacher's subject area plus a PGCE, to gain ADEK approval.
