Job Description:

As a Speech and Debate Teacher, you will have the opportunity to design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that enhances students' abilities in public speaking and competitive debating. Your role will involve various responsibilities, including:

Developing and delivering subject-based courses tailored to the needs of speech and debate students.
Managing and overseeing competitive speech and debate programs, preparing students for success in regional and international forensic competitions across different categories such as debate, limited preparation, and public speaking.
Taking Responsible for all competitions' registration, payment, and billing processes.
In a traditional competition setting, collaborating with the administration department to handle flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation arrangements, and related logistics.
In an online competition environment, working closely with the administrative department to organize resources and ensure smooth filming/streaming of competitions.
Providing instruction surpassing grade standards, fostering an interactive learning environment that delivers exceptional student outcomes.

TRIO Drama Academy is a comprehensive and professional training center for performing arts based in Shenzhen, China. TRIO provides the disciplines from LAMDA Examinations such as acting, musical theatre, Shakespeare, speech, etc. We aim to cultivate a strong sense of communication, confidence, cooperation, creativity, and leadership for children aged 3-18 years old.
