Job Title: Young Learners English Teacher (Ages 3–14)

We specialize in teaching English to children aged 3 to 14, using a student-centred approach that blends play-based learning, project work, and interactive smart-classroom technology. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons to classes of 10–15 students
  • Utilize ready-made curriculum resources and interactive whiteboard technology
  • Create a positive, motivating classroom atmosphere where young learners feel safe to explore language
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide informal feedback to parents
  • Participate in occasional team meetings, training workshops, and school events
  • Collaborate with bilingual Chinese teaching assistants and administrative staff

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Maximum 40 working hours per week (including teaching, lesson planning, and office hours)
  • Two consecutive days off per week: Tuesday & Wednesday
  • Your teaching schedule will be:

Monday 13:30pm – 8:30pm (evening)

Thursday 13:30pm – 8:30pm (evening)

Friday 13:30pm – 8:30pm (evening)

Saturday 09:00am – 6:15pm

Sunday 09:00am – 6:00pm

Compensation & Benefits Package

Monthly Salary & Housing

  • 18,000 – 21,000 RMB per month (Converted to US dollars is equivalent to 2600$-3300$, (based on qualifications and experience)
