Your Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons to classes of 10–15 students
- Utilize ready-made curriculum resources and interactive whiteboard technology
- Create a positive, motivating classroom atmosphere where young learners feel safe to explore language
- Assess student progress regularly and provide informal feedback to parents
- Participate in occasional team meetings, training workshops, and school events
- Collaborate with bilingual Chinese teaching assistants and administrative staff
Working Hours & Schedule
- Maximum 40 working hours per week (including teaching, lesson planning, and office hours)
- Two consecutive days off per week: Tuesday & Wednesday
- Your teaching schedule will be:
Day Working Hours
Monday 13:30pm – 8:30pm (evening)
Thursday 13:30pm – 8:30pm (evening)
Friday 13:30pm – 8:30pm (evening)
Saturday 09:00am – 6:15pm
Sunday 09:00am – 6:00pm

Compensation & Benefits Package
Monthly Salary & Housing
- 18,000 – 21,000 RMB per month (Converted to US dollars is equivalent to 2600$-3300$, (based on qualifications and experience)
