About American Cooperative School of Tunis

The American Cooperative School of Tunis, is a private, not-for-profit American international school located in a suburb of Tunis, the capital of Tunisia.  ACST is one of the oldest international schools in Tunisia and will celebrate 60 years in 2019-20.  Originally founded by US Embassy parents in 1959, the school has grown to serve 450 students from 63 countries.  English is the language of instruction, but French, Arabic and German are also offered.  Grade 11 and 12 students have the option of taking the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program.  We are sponsored and receive support by the US Embassy.  Our graduates go on to top universities around the world.
