Teach at North American International School in United Arab Emirates

North American International School was established in 2007 and is now flourishing with students of around 56 different nationalities. Our aim at NAIS is to provide education as a process that leads to the attainment of the full potential of each individual studying here. We are a small school with 750 students from KG to Grade 12 and follow the US Common Core curriculum, specifically the curriculum of the state of California.

NAIS has gone through a significant transformation over the last four years in our efforts to become the best school possible.  Our efforts have been wildly successful.  In the past four years, we have raised our Dubai School Inspection Bureau rating from ACCEPTABLE to GOOD, were given the highest rating of DEVELOPED for our online education provisions, and have achieved our second American accreditation from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.

The school provides an enriching experience to all learners regardless of their year groups or ethnicity. Each phase or level of education is a unique experience for the students. At North American International School, student approach their studies holistically in an environment where they are given numerous opportunities to learn by planning, organizing, deciding, questioning, reasoning, analyzing, team-building, and communicating.

The school advocates a dire need to develop the young generation as technologically competent, globally aware, socially responsible, and most importantly morally accountable citizens of tomorrow. Our focus is to provide a learning experience to the students to make them self-motivated, independent, confident, and valuable members of society.
