1.学生规范管理

Student Management

1.1积极参与并致力于带领班级成员在学业和行为上取得成功；

Devoted to supporting students to achieve academic excellence and encourage good behavior;

1.2为班级学生创造积极的学习氛围；

Create a positive class environment that supports the learning process;

1.3中外班主任共同商量“班级建设课堂”的内容设计，共同做好班级建设工作；

Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers discuss classroom setting and relevant behavioral lessons;

1.4中外班主任积极合作进行班级管理；

Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers actively cooperate in class management;

1.5为班级学生提供学习生活的辅导和指导；

Provide support and guidance to students' academic and daily life;

1.6积极完成分配的管理工作，包括课间值班、点心时间、午餐值班、课间休息、作业课、辅导等；

Complete assigned management tasks, including class breaks, snack time, lunch duty, homework lesson, and extra support;

1.7有序组织和管理早上早到校的学生及安排晨读时间（7：50到岗）；

Organize and manage morning time (journal time or reading time), arriving at 7:50 am;

1.8外方班主任在9:10分之前完成学生每日考勤工作（ManageBac）；中方班主任在9:30之前完成学生每日晨检工作；

Expat homeroom teachers complete student attendance at ManageBac every day by 9:10 am. Chinese homeroom teacher Complete morning health check by 9:30 am;

1.9班主任老师督促学生进行每天两次眼保健操和午间广播体操。（每堂课任课老师组织管理学生完成眼操，体育课除外）；

Homeroom teachers should supervise students to complete eye exercises and gymnastics. Except for PE lessons, all subject teachers should lead students to complete eye exercises;

1.10小学部：在课间10分钟，维持好班级内的秩序;中学部：在课间10分钟，维持好走廊上的秩序；

Primary School: Watch the students closely in the classroom during the 10-minute break; Middle School: Watch the students closely in the corridor during the 10-minute break;

1.11放学前组织学生将教室垃圾清理干净、桌椅摆放整齐，陪同学生到校门交接给家长；

Before dismissal, assign students to clean up the classroom, tidy up desks and chairs, and send students to the school gate to be picked up by parents;

1.12中外班主任有一方请病事假，另一方对班级管理事务全权负责;

If one of the homeroom teachers is on leave, the other homeroom teacher will be fully responsible for class management; 

1.13配合学生中心对学生进行行规教育和进行思想教育工作；

Work closely with student center about students' behavior and personal challenges;

1.14中外班主任共同完成每月学习之星、期末优秀学生的评选及集中表彰活动；

The Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers will work together to give ceremony for Student of the Month, top Student of the Semester, and other rewards;

1.15负责完成学生学科成绩单及评语填写工作；

Be responsible for grading, report card comments, etc.；

1.16认真做好体育活动课的管理工作，确保不出现因失职原因造成的意外事故;

Be responsible for PEA classes, oversee the students to prevent any kind of accident;

1.17中外班主任共同协作，营造干净整洁的教室环境;

Both homeroom teachers need to work on creating a clean and tidy classroom environment;

1.18班主任老师要将平时学生的行为规范记录保存于学生个人档案中。（如反思表，NFT ，每月之星等日常表现）

The homeroom teacher should keep the student's code of conduct in the student's individual portfolio. (Daily performance such as reflection sheet, NFT, Student of the Month, etc.)

2.学生活动管理

Student Activity Management

2.1中外班主任一起组织好每月的各项专题活动；

Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers organize monthly special activities together;

2.2引导学生严肃对待升旗仪式，规范并管理学生升旗仪式的行为；

Guide students to solemnly regard the flag-raising ceremony and manage their behavior during the flag-raising ceremony;

2.3中外协同合作，完成各项活动的布置和学生管理工作；

Both homeroom teachers work together to complete all the activities assigned and student management duty;

2.4 中外班主任共同配合，完成区教育局组织的各项专题活动（学生中心传达）;

Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers cooperate with each other，Complete tasks assigned by education bureau of the school district ( sent out by student center);

2.5认真完成来自教育集团的各项活动。

Complete the activities from DARE TO DREAM EDUCATION).

3.中外教沟通合作

Chinese and ex-pat homeroom communication and cooperation

3.1中外班主任积极沟通班级各项事务（学生管理问题、班级建设问题、学校的各部门的工作,如中方老师下发的各项通知）；

Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers proactively communicate about class information (student management, class setting, information from different departments such as the notification sent out by Chinese homeroom teacher;

3.2对于学校各部门组织的活动，积极参与，做好协调和管理工作；

Actively engage in the activities organized by different departments;

3.3积极配合班级学课教师，通过已批准的纪律程序管理学生在课堂上的行为；

Cooperate with subject teachers, follow up with class management rules with subject teachers;

3.4努力去了解东西方的教育体系、教育理念，吸取精华，实现中西方教育的融合。

Make an effort to learn Chinese education and the western education system, teaching philosophy, and the essence of western education, merging Chinese education and western education.

4.家校沟通共育

Parent-School Communication

4.1每学年开学初中外班主任协商共同完成全班学生的线上电访(根据收集的《学生信息调查表》逐一进行电话访问)；

Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers complete online parent meetings at the beginning of the academic year（Collect <Student Information Survey Form> and complete online meetings with each parent;

4.2建立中外教师与家长之间的联系体系（开学前完成）；

Create a communication platform with parents, including Chinese homeroom and subject teachers, before the semester starts;

4.3针对班级出现的问题、突发事件及时主动和家长沟通反馈；

Provide timely feedback with parents about class issues and emergent situations;

4.4与父母/监护人密切合作，提供进步反馈，回答问题，并成为孩子学习方面的教育伙伴；

Cooperate with parents/legal guardians, provide feedback and respond to questions, and become students' learning partners;

4.5在必要时主动与家长/监护人、学生和其他老师会面并进行沟通，以对有学业、情感/行为或其他需求的学生提供干预措施；

Arrange face-to-face meetings with parents or legal guardians regarding students' serious concerns about study, mental, behavioral or other concerns; get involved and give advice;

4.6认真组织好每学期的家长见面会。

Arrange parent-teacher meetings once a semester.

5.部门协助

外方班主任 Expat Homeroom

5.1开学初协助图书馆完成外文书本发放工作；

Cooperate with the library to order English textbooks;

中方班主任 Chinese Homeroom

5.1配合各部门发放学校各类通知（认真领悟通知内容及要求）；

Collaborate to send out notice from different departments (Read through the content and understand their requirements);

5.2配合课程中心进行中文书籍订购及外文练习册收费工作；

Cooperate with the Curriculum Center about book orders and collect book fees;

5.3开学初协助外方班主任完成外文书本发放工作，负责中文类书籍的发放工作；

Support ex-pat homeroom to distribute books and materials; Be responsible for distributing Chinese books.

5.4配合卫生室完成每学期学生保险报名，收费工作；

Support the school clinic to register student insurance and collect the fee;

5.5配合各部门定期完成校车征询、校服增订、点心订购等工作；

Support school bus arrangement, uniform order, snack order, etc.;

5.6配合财务室做好每学期学费、饭费的催款工作；

Support finance department for collecting lunch fees, tuition, etc.;

5.7及时处理学校各部门反映与本班有关的事件、事故，做好善后及家长工作。

Properly deal with any issues or accidents between the class and other departments and inform parents.

6.专业成长

Professional 

Development

6.1积极参加市区、校各级班主任培训工作，提升自己的专业素养；

Proactively attend training and workshops at the district and city level to improve one's professional skills;

6.2积极参加区、校德育课题研究，撰写心理、德育个案、论文，提升自己的理论研究水平；

Be involved in district and school Moral Education research, write mental health and moral education cases and essays, and seek improvement on theory;

6.3努力提升自己的双语沟通能力，成为有双语能力的教师。

Improve bilingual communication skills and become a qualified bilingual teacher.

7.其它事务

Others

7.1认真做好护导岗位的工作；

Be responsible for duties that are assigned;

7.2严守作息，尽力配合临时突击性任务和领导交办的事项。

Be punctual at work and try your best to complete assignments that may be received in an emergency.
