The TEACH Fellowship was launched in Taiwan in 2023 by the Taipei City Government and the Association of International Cultural and Educational Exchange Taiwan (AICEE). TEACH Fellowship invites enthusiastic educators to teach in K-12 schools in Taiwan to create an immersed bilingual and cultural learning environment for Taiwanese students and to enhance artistic and educational exchanges between Taiwan and the world. Teachers from the following countries are eligible: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand.

Candidates for the TEACH Fellowship Program in Taiwan should have a strong interest in Taiwan or career teaching, particularly teaching English to speakers of other languages.

Since its establishment, the Taiwan Association for International Cultural and Educational Exchange (AICEE Taiwan) has continuously driven innovative initiatives across various domains, transitioning from physical to digital formats and from research to practical promotion. These efforts include programs such as the “International Role Model Talent Video Interviews,” the “International Education Master Forum,” the “Sailing into the Blue Ocean—Taiwan Education Fair,” the “Survey on the Internationalization of Taiwanese Universities and Colleges,” and the “TEACH Fellowship.”
