Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining books of accounts with supporting documents.
- Keep the daily accounts updated so that information can be shared with the Financial Controller at any time.
- Reporting the accurate & timely month-end closing reports with the necessary documents as per the checklist issued by FC.
- Perform the tasks to review the school's MIS reports such as reconciliation of related parties, FAR, bank reconciliations, reviewing transactions, etc.
- Review the VAT reports for all schools and ensure the policies are consistently applied, all invoices and ledgers are correct in the accounting system, and comply with FTA requirements.
- Coordinate with external parties i.e., auditors, consultants, suppliers & banks for the necessary requirements
- Supervise the monthly cash collection summary reports.
- Generates various MIS reports, prepares calculations.
- Responsible for acquiring funds, paying bills timely, and keeping detailed financial records with supporting documents.
- Plan, manage, coordinate, and implement the year-end closing processes and procedures for the assigned accounting records; conduct year-end closing process; provides information to financial auditors; conduct standard internal audits of various accounting records.
