Job Description

We are seeking an outstanding Arabic Lead Teacher to join Al Ittihad School- Alain Branch Immediatly. Candidates need to be qualified and has experience in US curriculum.

Job Description:

  • Assist in achieving the school’s mission, goals, and vision.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum, assessments, and extracurricular activities.
  • Lead and manage teaching staff.
  • Organize department resources.
  • Ensure high standards of student work, outcomes, and behavior.
  • Develop and implement departmental development and improvement plans.
  • Coordinate curriculum planning and align with school goals.
  • Oversee the assessment process, provide feedback, and track student progress.
  • Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and professional development.
  • Address behavior management issues and enforce school policies.
  • Ensure compliance with child protection and safety standards.
