Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, creative, and effective Art lessons.
- Plan and implement curriculum-aligned Art lessons.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of art concepts, techniques, and applications.
- Develop students’ creativity, imagination, artistic skills, and critical thinking.
- Encourage students to explore different artistic styles, techniques, and media.
- Assess student learning and monitor artistic and academic progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
- Engage, motivate, and inspire students through creative activities.
- Apply differentiated teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Effectively integrate digital tools and educational technology into Art instruction.
- Organize and display students’ artwork and contribute to school exhibitions and events.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school environment.
- Demonstrate adaptability and commitment to continuous professional development.
Requirements & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a relevant subject, with a recognized teaching qualification
-At least 3 years of teaching experience in the UAE
-Experience with the American Curriculum is highly preferred
-Strong classroom management and teaching skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students
-Strong knowledge of Art teaching strategies and instructional practices
-Ability to teach a range of artistic techniques and media
-IELTS overall score of 5.5 for non-native English speakers
