Good degree and teaching qualifications with a passion for pedagogical development.
Experience in IB Diploma Programme leadership and teaching in an international context.
Leadership experience with a track record in raising standards and challenging students and staff to be the best they can be.
Fluent (or equivalent) in English or French with a good working knowledge of the other.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the implementation and administration of the ULP Programme and examinations.
Advising students, parents, and colleagues on the program’s requirements and ensuring compliance with its regulations.
Contribution to the development of the program and the academic life of the school in general.
Assist the Principal with student admissions into Years 9-11.
Working alongside the Assistant Principal IBDP Coordinator to ensure that the school’s reporting and feedback system runs smoothly.
