Teaching & Learning

●   Deliver age-appropriate, differentiated instruction in English, Math, and Science.

●   Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.

●   Foster critical thinking, creativity, and independence in students.

●   Integrate educational technology and hands-on learning experiences where appropriate.

●   Use assessment data to inform instruction and improve learning outcomes.

Classroom Management & Pastoral Care

●   Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

●   Promote social-emotional learning, good behavior, and personal responsibility.

●   Serve as the primary caregiver and first point of contact for students in their academic and personal development.

●   Monitor student well-being and communicate concerns as needed.

Assessment & Reporting

●   Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor progress.

●   Maintain accurate student records and portfolios.

●   Prepare and deliver academic reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.

Communication & Collaboration

●   Maintain professional and ongoing communication with parents and guardians.

●   Collaborate with subject specialists (e.g., Arabic, Islamic, PE, Art, Music, Inclusion) to support student learning and development.

●   Participate in team planning meetings, staff meetings, school events, and professional development sessions.

●   Work closely with the Assistant Head of Grades 1 & 2 to support curriculum delivery, classroom practices, and student progress.
