Al Ittihad Schools is a well-known and reputable educational provider in the United Arab Emirates, UAE. IPS-J is serving a community of over 2600 students and has become one of the premier schools in Dubai offering an American Curriculum. The school follows a standards-based US curricular program (California Common Core, Next Generation Science Standards, and MOE standards) from Pre-K to Grade 12 designed to prepare students for post-secondary education.
Position Summary:
The teacher will pledge his/her commitment to help the School achieve its mission, goals, and vision, value community, and bring a spirit of enthusiasm, energy, and willingness to take thoughtful initiative in a collaborative setting. The teacher should be committed to furthering the intellectual and personal development of students, inspiring and empowering them to become positive, active global citizens.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a valid teaching certificate/license in elementary education and related field.
- A minimum of two years of current, full-time related teaching experience.
- Teaching experience in an American curriculum school is preferred.
- IELTS or TOEFL for non-native teachers (6.5 for subjects taught in English & 7.5 for English subjects).
- Experience with current best practices, current teaching materials, and current instructional strategies, as well as recent professional growth activities.
- All Applicants must have an IELTS score of 7 or 7.5.
