- ducation: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, English, Literacy, or a closely related field.
- Certification: Valid State Teaching License with an Elementary Education (K-5/K-6) or Middle School ELA endorsement.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience teaching upper elementary or middle school ELA preferred.
- Skills: Deep understanding of 5th-grade literacy standards (e.g., Common Core), phonics/morphology extensions, writing workshop models, and classroom technology.
