Are you passionate about helping young learners thrive emotionally, socially, and academically? We are looking for a compassionate and committed Elementary School Counselor to join our team and support the foundational development of our students during their early school years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide age-appropriate individual and group counseling sessions to support emotional and social development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate for all students.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being and academic success.
- Help students build essential skills such as emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Identify and address behavioral or learning challenges early, and refer students to appropriate services when needed.
- Develop and deliver proactive guidance lessons aligned with student needs and school goals.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field.
- Certification as a School Counselor is preferred.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school or counseling setting.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and collaboration skills.
