About us:
Concept Arts & Training School currently has a variety of courses and “research” classes, including several for pre-school, primary school and secondary school. Apart from English, New Concept offers supplementary courses such as Chinese and math as well as comprehensive quality training courses, which includes Chinese studies, art and physical education. To acommodate the different learning levels of students, the school also provides synchronization classes, “VIP” classes and one-to-one tutoring in order to provide a flexible class selection for students within the same grade. New Concept will continue to expand its course selection, in order to satisfy the diverse and individualized requests of our students and parents.

Salary and benefits of foreign teacher:
- Teaching 5 days a week, the maximum of 120 classes and the minimum of 80 classes a month, the teacher can arrange the class number based on their schedule.The salary is 24,000-26,000 RMB monthly. Our school provied huge opportunities to our teacher, and encourage teacher accpet these challenges, help them get more experience and benefit.
- Public elementary school lessons will be hold 8:00 am -12:00 pm in the morning and 1:30 - 3:10 pm depends on their timetable. There will be ODI English lessons in New Concept School in 5:00 - 8:30 pm. Teachers can arrange their schedule flexibly, but it is mandatory to attend the weekly meetings and important events in school.
- 2,000 RMB housing stipends, the school will help to locate a nearby apt. A typical apt with one bedroom in Beijing costs about 3,500-5,000 RMB.
- One-year work visa, medical care, and health checkup provided.
- A TA will be assigned to a foreign teacher.
- Can teach part-time during winter and summer vacations.
- Renew the contract at the end of the year and you will get 5,000 RMB as a bonus.
- Each year, our school will hold Christmas party, excellent foreign teacher evaluation events, outdoor activities, etc. Outdoor activities are hold 1-2 times in Beijing and outstanding foreign teachers will have opportunities to travel to other province of China.
- The school was founded in 1995, and more than half of the teaching staff have worked here for over 8 years.
